I'll try my luck posting here for some career advice. I wonder if anyone in this industry?

It's client servicing and supporting role in a MNC insurance broking firm doing client and customer support liaising role. I went through all the interviews and the company was quite keen in training fresh grad to get the required industry cert.

However, its a very specialized role, so skills cannot really transfer to other industries

Should i consider getting this permanent job, or to take risk accepting the 6 month contract job offer by the foreign bank instead? Quite sad that contract job offer lesser pay and prepare to work like dog, but doesnt differ much.But not saying pay not important but not on top of my list now, looking more at the long term career prospect.
