Working in a MNC IT sector earning 2.6k, my contract is ending this march and my boss wants to extend my contract but will notify me again once they send the renewal.
My question is, is it possible to negotiate for a higher pay increment if the increment is too low?
this is my first job so i am unsure how to proceed.
