Finish your mrcgp.

Apply for Canada PR.

Most provinces will recognize Mrcgp as equivalent to CCFP.

Work in Canada as a family dr. Annual income after costs is about 200 to 300k.

You should setup a professional corporation. You have 16 percent business tax. Then you only pay yourself what you need for personal expenses. Personal income is then taxed at personal income rates.

Cost of living is 5 times less than in Singapore. Houses and cars.
