I heard the starting pay is 4.1k for 2nd uppers and 4.6k for 1st class. After 1 year, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager with 10-20% increment.

After another 9 months, you will be promoted to Manager based on my observation from linkedin profiles but not everyone will get promoted. Just curious, whats the increment from Assistant Manager to Manager?

There are even people who got promoted to AVP in 3 years
