Hello guys, NUS Male FCH(FASS) here. I don't know what I want to do with my life, and I heard that it's more worth it to go into the civil service if you have a FCH, because:
1. Salary is commensurate with grades
2. CS looks at your grades more than the private sector when hiring
Not sure if these are common misconceptions, or truth. Anyone knows?

Also, approximately what starting salary can I expect in a non-specialized ministry/stat board? Just a rough estimate. Thanks!!
