If the HR is worth their salt, the standard will be the following:
1) Authenticate the Education Documents
2) Criminal Background checks
-submit the list of shortlisted candidates to
CID for background checks
3) Credit Check
- Are you bankrupt? Blah blah blah.
4) Social Media Check
-This is a new trend. Some companies ask for your social media accounts and have a look. If you constantly upload pics of stupid behavior, good luck. If you refuse to give, they will know you have something to hide. If the account is brand new, they will know this is not your real account. This check is the most problematic as it shows the real you, not the image you try to present.
5) References from your previous bosses
