Even if you look at PB. I'm a farmer. C and B difference only 1 to 1.5 months. The effort put in over one year to move from "just doing your job" to "carry balls and volunteer for everything", worth that extra 1.5 month?

Bro, im sharing the same mindset as u. Im leaving next year to start up my own stuff. Make it or break it at least im free from all these slavery and foolishness of hoping for more bonus and waiting like we are cats/dogs waiting for food. Im tired of this stupid ideology of having to lose to ppl backstabbing and ball licking and in the end got better PB than u did when u r the one slaving away more. Wish me success guys!
