Even if you look at PB. I'm a farmer. C and B difference only 1 to 1.5 months. The effort put in over one year to move from "just doing your job" to "carry balls and volunteer for everything", worth that extra 1.5 month?

Your end year bonus is not an entitlement. When you sign the contract, they already inform you that myb and eyb is based on the economy. Whilst 13th month bonus is an entitlement, eyb is not. You signed your contract, did u acknowledged that part? Join private sect for more bonus. Even their pro-rated bonus is way more than our cs full bonus. You join cs thinking u can be a millionaire isit?
