I'm planning to leave CS. Waiting for bonus only. This thread just strengthened my resolve to leave. There is no control how much bonus you get. Will it ever be life changing? Perhaps it determines if I get an iPhone 11 or 11 Pro. 0.1, 0.6, even if 1 month, big difference?

Even if you look at PB. I'm a farmer. C and B difference only 1 to 1.5 months. The effort put in over one year to move from "just doing your job" to "carry balls and volunteer for everything", worth that extra 1.5 month?

But still, hope for more. Another 0.5 month is another 0.5 month of runway for my start up.
