i just saw this ad on C@G, and it seems that both CM and CME need to work shifts and weekends.

my question is:

1) how many hours do u clock per week and
2) what's the max salary scale they would pay for an experienced diploma hire?

also i noticed where i live, the community centre is open daily from 9am to 10pm, so can i assume that working hours will be long?
