I am in my mid 30s, left my previous 4k a month job to work at EM. Married with 1 child. Took an enormous paycut here in EM as process Tech. Suffered in my 1st year of work. Think about the best for family and Endure a bit. But recover my salary soon after.
No regrets.
If u're willing to learn and sacrifice a little salary cut. Dont be scared. Just go for it. Cheers.
