The next upcoming executive condos after Piermont Grand, will be the new Canberra EC, likely launching for sale early next year, in January 2020. Followed soon after that by the new Anchorvale EC after CNY. Then possibly somewhere in the mid to 2nd half of next year, the Tampines EC.
Of the three, the
new Canberra EC, to be called Parc Canberra, is arguably the best located. It is within 5 minutes walk from Canberra
MRT station that is already up and running. The Anchorvale EC will be at least 12 minutes walk from Sengkang
MRT station, by comparison, while obviously the Tampines EC at Avenue 10 there is not within walking distance of any
MRT station at all. Plus, the Canberra EC is within a short walk of neighbourhood malls, as well as Kampong Admiralty.
