Dude, you've gotten it ass backwards. You only need to take the licensing exams AFTER you get the job, as the license is required to sell/transact/advise capital market and insurance products. Usually, if you get hired for the role means the boss thinks if you are capable enough to handle the job, you are certainly smart enough to pass the license exam. No one is going to hire you BECAUSE you have the license. It's not like having the license means you are good enough for the job. See it like this: All stunt drivers will obviously pass the driving test to get a driver's license but owning a driver's license does not mean you can be a stunt driver...
