I had already worked at this company for 3 months but company haven't let me sign appointment letter, i keep asking my boss for appointment letter but he keep telling me he busy didn't have time to prepare the letter.
I was considering to resign after 1 year but I don't know which date i should follow. Is my servicing date start from the time i signed my offer letter or the time i sign my appointment letter?
Keep your payslip. This will be proof of when you start work. Dont worry about the start date.
They want to play punk. We play with them.

Also make sure your salary is at least $3600. And they dont claw back.
Keep everything black and white.
If less than that, you can go complain.
