Default How do most HR determine your salary?
Hi guys,

Would like to know how HR determine your starting salary.
Would HR take into account if your previous annual compensation package has AWS and Fixed transport allowance?

Or would the comparison be basic to basic salary and +x%?

Cos im deciding between 2 roles which annual compensation adds up to almost the same figure. But 1 is high basic and no AWS. The other has AWS and Fixed Monthly Transport allowance but low basic.

Quite confused as i do not want to shortchange myself when i change job next time and ask for a x% raise.
