A couple of questions here. Got 2 offer from different companies.
A: Basic: 3500/month+
VB (Title: Product Management Executive)
B: Basic: 3100/month+AWS+
VB+Fixed Transport allowance (Title: Sales Support Executive) (brain-dead work)
Which job has the potential to get me a higher salary in future (i.e to say, asking for a 4000 basic/month job)? Since both A and B adds up to almost the same annual amount.
My previous company's general manager has also came back to me wanting to discuss a new role for me But i don't get along with the colleagues from my previous company at all except for those in management. Would you suggest i return? Previously they are only paying me 2600/month+AWS+

Would you suggest A or B in terms of future earnings and prospects.
