Now that Belgravia Green, as well as Nim Collection is pretty much sold out, Bukit Sembawang has deemed it timely to release the next phase of Luxus Hills for sale. This actually comprises 2 phases, phases 8 and 9. However, unlike previous phases of
Luxus Hills launches, this one will be named the Signature Collection instead.
This collection now comes with several features that was not available in earlier phases of Luxus Hills. For a start, the units will come with home lifts. Based on those seen in the Luxus Hills showflat units, these lifts are by Aritco from Sweden. What is special about these lifts is that they are the first Smart Lifts designed for use in private homes. Comes with smart safety features too, and occupies a smaller footprint that for other home lifts.
Other highlights in the Luxus Hills Signature Collection are related to green features such as a rainwater harvesting system, electric car charging points in the porch, and solar panels on the roof. The
Luxus Hills showflat will open for viewing and immediate booking on Friday 30 August. There will be 3 payment schemes on offer, 2 of which are like deferred payment schemes, but come at a premium in price. Possibly 1% higher, to offset the extra interest incurred by Bukit Sembawang due to the delay in payment.
