The launch dates for
Piermont Grand EC have tentatively been finaiised as follows:
Friday 12 July to 22 July 2019: Showflat Viewing and E-Applications
Thursday 25 July 2019: Release of the Piermont Grand Price List
Saturday 27 July 2019: Balloting & Booking Day
The showflat is located near the actual site, just across the waterway from the west entrance of Waterway Point.
Note that only those who do
the Piermont Grand e-Application between 12th to 22nd July will be eligible to take part in the balloting and booking of units on 27th July. Along with the e-Application, buyers will get a ballot number.
No information yet on the pricing for this EC, but analysts had previously predicted around $1,1xx PSF. However do expect that the water-facing units could cost more, while the less favourable-facing units will likely go for less.
