what is your tax rate in aussie ? but having said that,

counting exchange rate etc, the offer is ridiculous n i dont understnd y u ould want to consider it even.... it is like tking 50 percent pay cut for worse quality of life..

but guess more competition here so they cant offer u what u r earning there
