as a hiring manager who has to look at many resumes, i look at headlines as first filter, and only read the details if the headlines are relevant to my job requirements. resumes that are too long show that applicant cannot differentiate what is impt or not. keep the key details there. at interview u can tell your life story if they ask you. the key is to put enough details to secure that interview.
