A reputable overseas degree only help as much as a reputable local degree, nothing more. And frankly, stop that trite platitude on how overseas graduate think differently from local university graduates, which is untrue and ungrounded. I have been to the best universities in US and UK, and while there were a few odd balls, the thinking process for most students were remarkably similar.
