The Nyon condo has had its launch a couple of weeks ago at an average of around $2,400 PSF, followed by that of One Meyer a week after that at roughly around $2,500 PSF. Both have sold moderately, as to be expected in today's market. The next one coming up soon is Amber Park, and analysts are estimating that it will be priced higher than either One Meyer or Nyon.
However,
Amber Park does enjoy some advantages over the other two. Like a much bigger site that allows for over 5 times the number of units than either of the others can accommodate, and a brand name developer, CDL. It will also have unobstructed sea views away from the
ECP noise.
