Thanks v much for the info, seems like our this year applicant timeline is pretty on track too. Did you all just have year-end performance review or sth? Judging from the posts above
Think the waiting time is due to:
1) year-end performance review?
2) working adult applicants, hence not so rushed
3) extended the application deadline to end Feb’19
