The Gazania is a new condominium launching on the site of the former Sun Rosier, at How Sun Drive just off Bartley Road. It is in fact so close to Bartley Road that from the main entrance to Bartley MRT station is something like 3 minutes walk.

The immediate neighbourhood around the Gazania condo is generally low-rise, comprising mainly landed homes and a sprinkling of other low-rise apartments. The zoning is for 1.4 plot ratio, so the Gazania itself will also be no more than 5 storeys high.

While there are no big shopping centres within comfortable walking distance, there is a good boys school just across Bartley Road, the Maris Stella Primary and Maris Stella High schools. There is even a girls' school within the 1 km radius as well, the Methodist Girls' (Paya Lebar) school.

The Gazania showflat and floor plans are still in the works, and nothing has been announced about the launch date yet. But it should be somewhere in the first half of 2019.
