The One Meyer showflat is set to open in February 2019, just after Chinese New Year. Exact date to be confirmed. What we know at this point is that the One Meyer condo will be 19 storeys high, and offer 66 units for sale. Basement carpark, with extra parking at ground level. The facilities and swimming pool will be at the 2nd floor. Parking is one lot per unit, which is better than most other new condos which often cater less than that. Official TOP date is November 2023, but could complete earlier than that. Typical ceiling height will be a nice lofty 3.15m high. Unit types shown at the One Meyer showflat is pending confirmation too. But as this project has basically only three unit sizes, it should be quite straightforward.
