Default Amber Park and Other East Coast Condos

It looks like buyers looking for units in the East Coast will be spoilt for choice. Besides the remaining units at Amber Skye (but mainly only the big villa units and the 2 bedroom loft units), and those at Amber45, a number of others like Amber Park, Nyon Amber and One Meyer will be launching soon. All these are on freehold land, and the best part is that the upcoming ones will get at least partial sea views.

Some like the south facing units at Amber Park and One Meyer, will in fact get almost full sea views, as they either overlook a low-rise building in the case of Amber Park, or Katong Park in the case of One Meyer. The Nyon condo is not so fortunate as it will be partially blocked by the condominiums across Amber Road, but south-facing units should still be able to get pocket sea views. Bear in mind though, that the trees across at East Coast Park have grown to around 8 storeys high, so you would have to go higher than that just to catch a glimpse of the water.

Of these projects, Amber45 is already more than half sold, with mainly the bigger units left. CDL likely to launch Amber Park in the first half of 2019, while Nyon Amber by Aurum Land is targeting to launch in February 2019. There is no info yet on when One Meyer by Sustained Land will hold its preview. The advantage of these condos is that they will get the sea views but not the brunt of the heavy expressway noise that those developments immediately fronting the ECP get, such as MeyeRise or Silversea have to bear with round the clock.
