Do you mean the 3.3k SGD includes the on call allowance or excludes on call allowance?

Assuming I have 5 to 6 calls a month, I would be getting an extra of $600 to $700 a month on top of the $3.3k, right?

If that is the case, the pay for a houseman is really quite low roughly around $4k SGD.

May I ask what's the pay for a 1st year MO?
