Otherwise, % increase doesn't tell you much, since they are dependent on current salary of the individual. Someone earning more getting a 5% increase might actually be getting a higher absolute sum increase than someone who earns lesser and gets a 10% increase.
I'm mx12 near the ceiling, my last increment was $229 and last grade was C+. Does this s'y anything? Been at this SB for a year, not fresh grad.
