Maybe consider if the appropriate comparison should be the employment market for 2 PQE lawyers. $4.5k for 2 PQE is seriously far off if you're looking at the mid-large firm scene.
Other points to consider: (1) Bonus season is coming soon and many people will be moving. (2) Taking a big pay cut also accumulates over time, affects future raises, and even if you jump firms thereafter that's a risk that they will bargain down your pay based on your last-drawn. Although you could try for firms in which pay progression is lock-step. (3) Whether you have a black mark that makes you a difficult choice to employ.
