sorry i was the OP. what i meant was AC pay is abt 2k per month higher than reg pay.
base AC is around 150k including bonus.
150k is Not first year resident. first year resident same pay as MO. Resident and MO pay the same. in fact, some specialty resident must pay a training allowance, so in practice resident get lower pay.
pay increment is abt 2-5% depending on performance.
