LAE is hard work. Being trainee is hard studying. Fail
caas exam twice.. Likely kick out of scheme.
Training period is hard work too.. Since u are suppose to learn how to fix aircraft. Get licence is stressful job. Cos u are signing off CRS for aircraft to fly (Line maint).. Then of cos the $ is there.. There are LAE who start the career n retired as LAE also. Gross salary wouldn't disclose here. But it is definitely decent.
