Latest update on JadeScape: the Preview started last weekend, on 8 September. Response was pretty good. It was reported that around 9,000 people came to view over the weekend. While there might have been some double-counting, from those who came a 2nd time to place a cheque, it is still an impressive number.
I can attest to the crowds. The 3 bedroom show suite seemed especially popular, with the longest queue to view it. The 5 bedroom show unit also had a queue, but that could have been because it is the Smart Home showcase as well, so the traffic had to move slower through it.
