Here are the latest updates on JadeScape.
The showflat is likely to open for VIP Preview from 8 September, but this is still subject to final confirmation. The JadeScape showflat is located at Bishan, close to Junction 8 and the
MRT stations, in fact on the site of the former Skyvue showflat.
The Jadescape condo showflat is impressive. 2 storeys high, it will feature 5 show units, one each for each of the different unit sizes! Not only that, there will be an actual example of a Smart Home, complete with ambassadors to explain it all to you.
There are only 2 penthouses in this project, but Qingjian is reserving them, and they are not for sale at this point.
