What is the pay there considered? Good or bad, as compared to a similar level position in the civil service? They're listed in the government directory under
MOH, but I thought they were considered privatized entities?
Are their yearly bonuses considered good? They probably do not have the growth bonus that civil servants get, but what would be their selling points then?
