Yeah short of getting a smack on the head, I have experienced shoutings to my ears, asked to draft a 20 pager overnight on how to use proper grammar then tore in front of me, made me stay back till 4am and report to work at 8am...

I left immediately after my TC. Heard those who stayed got even worst treatment. And coming year, new trainees coming for the same abuse.
