i am a pass degree holder with no testimonial. (was a 3sg but they didnt have my testimonial ready by my ORD. asked me to go back unit to take. i said where got time and didnt go take it.)

but im pretty confident i did well in my PT. but the most impt part was the interview and your experience (leadership positions etc). so dont give up hope.

sometimes, its also because the boss had already interview other people earlier for the position and happen to immediately make the decision. time and space matters too.
