ICOs aren't gimmicky. Don't trash something you don't know about.
Whether they're sustainable or will be heavily regulated is another thing.
For lawyers, they're an exciting new frontier especially if you're hoping to build a practice in the fintech space based on your existing ECM / DCM practice.
Many of the top law firms like MC firms, Latham, Cooley and WSGR are already well in the ICO or blockchain/crypto space.
