Can I get advise on the expected pay range & bonus - for both a analyst and senior analyst in GIC's Ops side? I have 3 years of experience in foreign banks doing similar role.

How's the work-life balance there?

Advice on career prospects & pay appreciated: Is it better if I go for Equity Research in a boutique firm instead (which may not pay as high as the above GIC role) and exit after 3-5 years, or to take this GIC Ops role?
