Hi ppl!
Just wanna ask abt the salary increment and promotion as a Technical Support Officer (TSO) in poly.
I entered in Feb 2007 (23yrs old) with a Diploma as a Grade 6 TSO earning ard S$1.9k before
CPF.
Now after 4 years, i'm earning exactly S$2353 before
CPF excluding bonuses etc. But i'm still a Grade 6.
Since the day I joined, I got the following grades for my PB:
2007 -> B
2008 -> A
2009 -> A
2010 -> A
2011 -> ??? getting letter soon before 31st Mar
Is the salary i'm getting now considered underpaid?
Anyone working in Poly as a TSO can share your promotion period? After how long then you get promoted?
