As far as I know, degree holder...

As far as I know, degree holder executive/engineer are NOT being pay OT...except those LAE(License Aircraft Engineer, for both poly/degree, need to sign 8 years of bonds)..their basic is much lower...

Of course in ministry, the increment is 2-3x better than ST...even my batch with just a PASS degree, already...

I have friends from JC, their 'A' level grades is AAAA or AAA with GP D7 or E8, they still get into NUS/NTU doing engineering...

it seem that your
-annual increment every year is abt ~10%
-each promotion increment abt ~20-30%...
