ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (Industry: Marine) 2X
Responsibilities:- Assist in partial sets of accounts – AP/GL
- Checking on invoicing and making payments
- Preparing cheque payments
- Handle petty cash claiming and payment
- Assist in monthly cash projection
- Process and update accounting system
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Preferred for Chinese female candidates only
Requirements:- GCE O’ levels or LCCI Intermediate book-keeping
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Team player
- Good working attitude
- Ability to work within tight timelines
Location: West
Budget: $1.5-$2.5K

There are many part time and freelance recruiting sites in Singapore.
Many of them provide free online service, however, if you need a good response rate and more candidates, paying will always have the advantages.
The recent local site www.freelancezone.com.sg is also a good option since they do provide free trial freelance and part time job posting.
