Condo near mrt (2mins walk) for rent - Near Changi Business Park

I am thinking of renting out my unit at Casa Merah - 2 bedroom which is only 2 mins walk to Tanah Merah Mrt and very near to Changi Business Park.

2 years at $3,650. Available in Nov 2010.

Prefer corporate lease or young yippe professional.
