I am sure they are definitely not bragging.

Take me for example.

34 years old
890,000 cash
1.2 mil stocks
1.3 mil property, still owes the bank 430k.

I worked hard for my money and I am here to share my knowledge about making money. What do I get in return? Nothing!

Why should I brag?

Just my 2 cents, with 890k cash and 1.2 mil stocks, might as well just pay off the 430k loan. And having 1.2 mil stocks, might as well get another property, you will have better returns. It will even better if you dare to invest in 2 other properties with the cash and stocks. I dont think you need to take a huge loan, and you can probably pay off in a short term given your income.

Since you said you are here to share, it will be great if you can share how you earn such wealth. Please tell us in details in a new thread as suggested by someone earlier.

Property - None (renting now cos Im pretty sure the property mkt will crash)

Hence total is 800k.

Hi Ben,

Don't be stupid Claire.
Being in private banking doesn't mean he's a guru.
Listening to his advice is like listening to anal-lysts.

You guys are freaking stupid.. no wonder I'm in the top 1% of Singapore income tax bracket while you guys make up the 99% .. Gosh..
