Problem, please advise
My cousin had a little trouble with his credit in the recent past that had a company sue a company he was a nominee for, but the issue was settled out of court, and he was not even involved.
Is there a way to remove this record with the credit bureau? Is there a way to appeal?
Please help, we are quite troubled with this issue.

You post in wrong forum and off topic. Difficult to get quality advice here especially since this forum allows annonymous posting. See if the credit bureau have any contact number where you can call up and get more info? maybe a starting point.
