Anyone worked or is working for European Organisation?
Want to know if they do pay well. And are they pro-family & work life balance as compared to local companies.

Im with lufthansa and the benefits and pay scale is decent. But hoping to move to the logistics and supply chain side- more growth vertical growth opportunities rather than lateral.
