Hi

I am in the marketing line for about 6.5 years.
Will like to find out from people in this industry what's you pay like?

I shall start first

Monthly: 4.8k
Annual:70k
Age:29 yrs old
Industry: FMCG(Healthcare)

Anyway I do feel my pay is about market rate or maybe slightly lesser based on my yrs of experience. I could be fetching 5.2k-5.5k in another company.
But I chose my present company as I felt the environment is less stressful and complicated compared to a big firm who can pay more. But I realised in marketing any company is stressful.

So what's your package like?

Hi im currently in banking line. Im always interested in marketing and im a marketing graduate. After 5 yrs in banking line, i am re-considering my career path. I want to fulfill my interest and do something that i like.

But before i jump into it, i would like to find out more about marketing job.

Can anyone advise me? Anything including salary, job scope to hours and expectation. Really appreciate any advice given.

I think with ur industry experience you shld try investor relations at mncs and public companies. Its like selling the company to clients, insti./ retail investors..

or otherwise consider the big pr firms - definitely look for acct. managers or above

just wondering.

Can anyone share the salary progression of an average marketing executive with a local degree?

Am very interested in this line of work, but I heard that marketing is one of the least paid in the finance sector. Of course I will strive to be the best but want to know the progression for most as a safeguard...
