How do you know if a open role is suitable for you?
Actually I never knew other than the fact I know i'm good with certain skills like CRM and account management.
When looking for jobs I play the number games - send out as many resumes as I can to as many roles as I can find with even a mild hint of possibility I can do the job. lol.

I think compliance roles require high expertise and experience, so I'm not surprised with the pay actually.
