Anyone from Ministry of Social and Family Development? Is it a good place?
In terms of benefits, increment and bonus, will it be better than stat boards? How about the work life balance?

Hi Daiso_One
How did your interview go? And did you eventually take up the role?

Hi it went very bad, because the moment I declared I had tattoos the director of boys home stopped the interview and asked hr to escort me out. I was very shocked at the way the interview ended. I currently work in an MOE school and it's all hidden so I dont see why it was a problem or a security threat.
Had to make a complaint against them through TAFEP and eventually had a sit down with staff from their HQ to sort things out. All I got to say is I'm not sore about not getting the job but working under that guy would have been an extremely bad choice. Someone so backward and judgemental.
Took me a few weeks to actually get over the whole thing.
From what I learnt was that they only hire people with a very good track record of volunteer work. That's was what I was told by the HQ staff.
