GovTech

Hi,

Anyone working at govTech can advise?
Any idea fresh graduate with honors from local university should enter what which grade? and what is the salary range?
Seems like that have Grade 1 to 14. 1 is the lowest and 14 the highest. Correct me if i am wrong.

Around 3.5k more likely, remember they pay 4-6 months bonus, base is quite low because of that
Starts at grade 7, assistant manager
Grade 8 & 9 are manager, 10&11 senior manager, 12 AD (starts to enjoy double corporate bonus)

besides 12months + aws (13th month), the bonuses break into a few component:

market adjustment: typically less than 1 month
corporate bonus: when corporate KPIs are met, typically around 1 month, grade 12 and above receive twice of this number
individual performance bonus: how good you perform (or how good your RO and NLS perceive), typically 2-3 month for average performer

My information is not speculation, fresh graduates with first class are indeed offered 4,9XX, just like DSTA (by the way that's last year graduates' starting pay, they are going to adjust it again for this year's graduating batch)

I think what was meant was, 10k x 12 mths = 120k package over 18 months?
Hence, monthly base is actually 120k/18 months = 6.6k per month
