That is very good. Is that a norm for civil service at 35 years old?

It depends on industry and role. Not all in private sector will get this range. Most will get 100k range.

Say you have a boss with very bad command of the language. You write papers in perfect grammar.
But during the review, she keeps introducing grammatical errors.
You highlight them, track the changes, and inform her that there are errors and you have made edits.
She rejects all your edits and the errors are all still there.
Then she wants you to submit the work, with all her errors, to the higher level.
And so, the biggest people in your workplace will think you are the one with the terrible language. And then the repercussion is, you get passed over for promotions.
How do you handle this?

Every once in a while we attach the wrong version when sending out emails.

Norm? Definitely not. His salary is actually at the end point of most degree holders' civil service career. If he reaches there at 35 years of age, he's definitely a good performer.

Your base pay is probably 9k+ per month or so. Probably a MX10 (or equivalent).
At age 35, that's very good. Easily top 10% of your cohort. Congrats.

Can enquire how you know "end point of most degree holders' civil service career'? Heard this before but was never certain this was a perpetuated myth or based on real life examples e.g. worked in civil service HR.
